This Privacy Policy explains how AH Solutions L.L.C-FZ, a free-zone company registered in the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with its registered office at Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, UAE ("SignalProof", "we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information. It applies to signal-proof.com, app.signal-proof.com, and the SignalProof application (together, the "Service"). We are the data controller for the personal information described here.

1. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information — your name, email address, password (stored hashed), and profile and channel-branding details you provide.
• Connected-channel content — when you connect a Telegram channel, the channel identifier and the messages (trading signals and related updates) posted to it, which we process to verify performance against market data.
• Billing information — subscription plan, billing status, and payment metadata (such as the last four digits and card brand) received from our payment providers. We do not receive or store full card numbers.
• Usage and device data — pages viewed, features used, approximate location derived from IP address, and device and browser information, collected through logs and cookies.
• Communications — messages you send us for support or other enquiries.

2. How we use your information and our legal bases

We use personal information to:

• provide and operate the Service, including verifying signals and generating public proof pages and marketing content (to perform our contract with you);
• process subscriptions and payments (to perform our contract and comply with legal obligations);
• provide support and send service-related communications (to perform our contract and for our legitimate interests);
• secure the Service and detect, prevent, and investigate fraud or abuse (for our legitimate interests and legal obligations);
• improve the Service and understand how it is used (for our legitimate interests);
• send product or marketing updates where permitted, which you can opt out of at any time (based on your consent or our legitimate interests).

We do not use the content of your connected Telegram channels for any purpose other than delivering the Service to you. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences, and analytics cookies to understand and improve how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, although disabling essential cookies may affect functionality.

4. How we share information

We share personal information with service providers ("processors") who help us run SignalProof, only as needed to provide the Service and under contracts that require them to protect it. These include:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
• Vercel — application and website hosting.
• Payment providers (currently Stripe and Whop) — payment processing and subscription management; where a provider acts as merchant of record, it is also the seller of record for your purchase.
• Telegram — Bot API, used to read messages from the channels you connect.
• Market-data providers — used to verify signal performance against live and historical prices.
• Resend — sending transactional and service emails.

This list reflects our current service providers and may change as we add or replace providers; we will update this page when it does.

We may also disclose information where required by law or legal process, to protect our rights, safety, or property or those of others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections. Information you choose to publish on a public proof page is visible to anyone with the link.

5. International data transfers

We and our providers may process and store information in countries other than the one in which you live, including outside the United Arab Emirates and the European Economic Area. Where we transfer personal information internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms, to protect it.

6. Data retention

We retain account and signal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When you close your account, we delete or anonymise your personal information within a reasonable period, except where longer retention is required by law (for example, for tax and accounting records).

7. Security

We use technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below; we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You can also opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to, and may not be used by, anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Third-party links

The Service may link to third-party websites or services that we do not control. This Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy notices.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
